De regreso... I'm back...

Si ya estoy de regreso... siento mucho si me ausente un poco pero estos ultimos dias han sido algo ajetreados... A todas las que han preguntado y me han mandado palabras de aliento y buenos deseos para que mi mami se sienta mejor se los agradezco en el alma... Eso quiere decir que no solo me estan compartiendo su creatividad y su tiempo al estar aqui sino tambien un poquito de su corazon ... Dios las bendiga a todas...

Yes, I'm back... sorry if I wasn't here but the last few days have been kind of on the hectic side... To all of you that have asked and have sent get well wishes to my mom, I thank you with all my heart... That means that you are not only sharing your time and creativity with me but also a piece of your hearts... God bless you all...

No puedo creer que sigan llegando mas seguidoras.... y aunque para muchas 23 suene a "nada" para mi es increible porque jamas pense que tendria mas de un par jajaja...

Asi es que bienvenidas Negrita que tiene en su blog muchas cositas lindas en crochet ( sera ella quien me hara mi Pucca??? jajaja) Truly, Doina, Carmen que en su blog tiene muchas cosas lindas, ideas de como reciclar (vayan a ver como a bordado un CD recliclado... muy lindo), Marisol, Susana que su blog esta precioso...y lleno de ideas y proyectos hermosos...Reyes cuyo blog tambien me encanta... siempre esta lleno de cosas bellas no solo de patchwork pero tambien de otros tipos de manualidades... y Thais una chica de Panama con unos trabajos lindos en su blog a quien le deseo que su esposo se siga recuperando y que pronto lo tenga en casa ...Un abrazo Thais...Te tengo en mis oraciones...

I can't believe I've got more followers... and even though for some 23 sounds like "nothing", for me it's incredible 'cause not on my wildest dreams I thought I would have more than a couple LOL... So a big WELCOME to Negrita who has lots of cute little crochet things in her blog (could it be her who is going to make my Pucca ??? LOL) Truly, Doina, Carmen who has tons of cute things and ideas on how to recycle making beautiful crafts (swing by her blog and take a look at her needlework on a CD... very cute), Marisol, Susana that her blog is precious... full of ideas and beautiful projects...Reyes I love her blog too... always full of beautiful things...not only patchwork but plenty of other crafts ... and Thais a girl from Panama with stunning projects on her blog...I hope her husband keep felling better and that she can soon have him home...Hugs Thais...I have you in my prayers....

Aunque no he adelantado mucho en estos dias... por lo menos un poquito si he hecho... Ya tengo el sandwich de mi Top de mesa de navidad... lo he hilvanado en lugar de ponerle alfileres creo que de esta forma queda mas seguro, las telas no se mueven y la parte de atras queda mas lisa...

Even though I haven't done much crafting the past three days... at least couple of things I've been able to do... I already have the sandwich for the Xmas Table top...I basted instead of puting pins, this way I think it's more secure, fabrics don't shift and the backing turns out much better...

Tambien he comenzado el tercer proyecto del Inter de Stitchers Angel... he escogido estas telas...y un hilo matizado para el bordado...

I also started project #3 from Stitcher's Angel Swap... I picked this fabrics... and a multicolor thread that matches the fabric for the stitching...

Ya veremos cuanto puedo adelantar mañana...

Nuevas Actividades y Nuevo Regalo

Hoy comienzo las actividades en el grupo de munecos de tela en El Rincon del Arte. Las chicas se han animado a hacer un muneco al mes y eso me parece lindo y divertido...

Today I start new activities with the cloth doll group within El Rincon del Arte. The girls arewilling compromise to make a doll per month so I think it's cute and fun...

El primer proyecto es Ruby un linda munequita que es de la familia de patrones Red Robin.

El patron lo pueden encontrar AQUI y si se animan ha hacerla como siempre les pedire que me manden un email con la foto para publicarla...

The first proyect is going to be Ruby, a beautiful little doll from Red Robin patterns. You can find the pattern HERE and if you decide to make it, I would like you to please send me a picture of the finished doll so I can post it here.

Another cool thing that happened today was that I found out I'VE WON AGAIN!! Yes, isn't that incredible?? I've won the beautiful Bunny from Rita's blog... I can't wait for her to get here!! She is gorgeous like everything Rita and her students make... please don't pass the opportunity to visit her blog and if you happen to be in or near Tenerife please visit her patchwork store TWINKLE.

As soon as the bunny gets here, even though you've already seen her ... I'll post a picture of her in her new home!!

Tercer proyecto Stitcher's Angel

Hola... espero que todas tengan un lindo inicio de semana que tengan los animos y amor para cumplir con las tareas que tengan y los proyectos que haya en marcha para que asi logren las metas que se han propuesto para esta semana...

Hi ... I hope you all have a wonderful week...with the enthusiasm and love to get to the things you have to do, the projects you've begun and that way acomplish the goal you've set for this week.

Hablando de proyectos... aqui esta el tercer proyecto del intercambio de Stitchers Angel ... creo que es algo lindo, delicado y sencillo de hacer... espero se anime alguna a hacerlo... puede ser hasta para las nenas en el cole... muy lindo... si alguna se anima ya sabe, por favor al terminarlo mandeme una foto para publicarlo... Este proyecto fue disenado por May Britt y pueden conseguir el molde o patron aqui (otra vez si alguna necesita traduccion mandenme un email en el boton de la derecha)

Speaking of projects... here is the third one on the Stitchers Angel Swap... I think is cute, delicate and easy to make... hope some of you fell like making it... it can even be for the girls starting school... very cute... if one of you decide to do it and finish it, please don't forget to send me a pic so I can post it... This project was designed by May Britt and you can download the pattern from here.
